All prices are in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT and return delivery charges with in-transit insurance for Mainland UK. The return delivery to you is mainly done by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service but sometimes we may use a commercial courier. Neither party shall benefit from any errors in pricing.

Delivery from us to you

All orders include return delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post or commercial courier. Any goods shipped to you must be examined on receipt. If any goods are damaged or missing you must inform the courier immediately and inform us within 24 hours by emailing us via Any packaging must be kept for inspection at a later date.

Delivery from you to us

We recommend for you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to send device to the address we will supply you after placing an order.

Insurance In-Transit

All goods shipped with the Royal Mail and commercial courier carry in-transit Insurance for loss and or damage. You can find current in-transit Insurance value applicable by contacting the courier or us at the time of placing the order.

Privacy Policy

We do not store Credit/Debit card details and nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Repair Process

We aim to complete the original booked in repair within the time as stated on our website and many of these will be done within this period but we cannot guarantee this time period due to factors out of our control. Any additional repairs will require more time for completion. Fast track service means the device will be examined within 24hrs, and may not be repaired.


If you wish to cancel an order this must be done before or on the day of dispatch as we aim to commence repairs on same day or latest following work day on receipt of device from you. Order cannot be cancelled once we have commenced the repair.. Where a device has not been delivered to us for repair and customer has not contacted us in writing within 30 days of placing the order this order cannot be cancelled.


Any repair made to your equipment will be repaired at no extra cost should they fail with the same part failure within 12 months of dispatch from us to you. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is opened whilst in your possession. On return of the device if no fault is found or fault is outside of warranty there will be a reasonable postage and packaging charge for us to deliver the device back to you or you may arrange to have the device collected from us at your cost.


If you wish to claim a refund then you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date and state your case – please email us at . Refund is paid for all work diagnosed by us and consumer self diagnosed orders only if M Blue Ltd has not successfully done this work. Where the device requires additional repair which consumer chooses not to have done or is uneconomic to complete no refund will be due for the original successfully done wok. All diagnostic fees, including liquid/water recovery service, are non-refundable.


These are devices where we have dispatched them to you and you have not taken delivery or collected from the courier and as a result device is returned to us. We reserve the right to dispose of these devices after 60 days of return to us if you have not made arrangements for redelivery or collection from us.


Customers must backup data on their device before dispatching to us. We take every care to save customers data but cannot guarantee data will be on the device on return to customer. We do not offer a data recovery service. We request that any keypad password or pin locks are removed or provided to us so that a test of the repair can be carried out. In the event that this is not provided a software restore of the device may be made resulting in the loss of data, if a restore is not possible we cannot provide a test of the repair carried out.

Consequential Losses

We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses whilst device is in for repair.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These are in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the Jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Water Proof

After we have opened or completed any repair on your device it will be rendered not water proof. If this feature is important for you then please do not send your water proof device in for repair to us as we do not provide this service.

Parts Used

All our parts used are of high quality, purchased from the open market but we do not claim that they are original (OEM).
